Description

Our Corvette C8 Z51 Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler is made from Real 100% Molded Carbon Fiber.    The front lip spoiler is identical to the 3 piece plastic found on the Z51 C8's, but ours is molded in 1 large full piece! It is beautiful and it does not lower your corvette's front end ground clearance or extend outward. There is nothing to screw together, and it screws right into the original holes using the stock original threaded bolts.  Very easy to install in 15 minutes !

This spoiler is not hydro dipped or made from prepreg carbon fiber. It is 100% genuine molded carbon fiber, which is hand-laid woven carbon fiber with no fiberglass or any other plastic add-ins.  

Hand Laid Carbon Fiber Manufacturing vs. Prepreg Carbon Fiber.  

Many of our competitors use cheap imported prepreg carbon fiber.  Prepreg carbon fiber can produce a strong structural part, it does not compare to the deep lustrous 3D look of hand laid carbon fiber.  Hand laid carbon fiber has the deepest 3D look, and when combined with dry molding, it insures the weave pattern is most consistent and the increased surface resin.  Hand Laid carbon produces the thickness and the most amazing surface shine and luster that prepreg cannot compare too.  

Installation Information

DESIGN and EASE of Installation:

The rear fender V-shaped is made from real molded carbon fiber and it is a replacement part. We molded the OEM matching studs into our part and installing it only requires the removal of 4 stock nuts, inserting our piece, and then putting the stock OEM nuts back on. Very simple. Please watch our installation video to learn how easy this is.

For the door handle piece, we understood the complexity of a full replacement part and the potential to void your warranty on your door handle mechanism assembly. So we designed this item as a carbon fiber overlay or a cap that installs in minutes and is held on with 3M Double Sided Tape. It lines up perfectly with the V-shaped fender part as shown in our photos.

Fits Only Standard 2021-Present C8 Models, Does not fit Z06 Models.

Warranty

WARRANTY: Our spoilers are made from a two-piece mold, and the top and the bottom of the spoilers are fused together, thus leaving it hollow inside to keep it lightweight. The carbon fiber is hand-laid in the molds and truly is a fantastic product.

UV WARRANTY: Our spoilers are coated with 3 coats of UV Protection. Over time without proper care from waxing or applying a nano-ceramic coating, this protection can be worn off. The warranty is limited to only 1 year, and slight yellowing is normal for carbon fiber when parked outside in direct sunlight. To extend the life of your spoiler, we recommend using a detail spray that enhances the UV protection. Also, Ceramic coatings will assist with UV protection, and we recommend Ceramic Pro.
